Beacons View Holidays Annual Prize Draw Terms & Conditions
By entering into our annual prize draw to win a stay in one of the Beacons View lodges, you are agreeing to the following prize draw terms and conditions.
Eligibility to enter
The prize draw is open to entrants 18 years of age or over. Entry is not open to the employees or contractors of Epynt Holidays Ltd (trading as Beacons View Holidays) or anyone professionally connected to the prize draw.
In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
The prize draw is free to enter. Entries made using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
Epynt Holidays Ltd (trading as Beacons View Holidays) reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the prize draw in whole or in part at any time. We will endeavour to give entrants as much notice as we reasonably can.
It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the entrant abides by these rules. Our decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into after the decision. Submission of an entry will be taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
How to enter
To enter the prize draw you must sign up to the Beacons View Holidays mailing list. You must still be subscribed at the time the draw takes place (annually in March) to be included in the draw.
Beacons View Holidays does not accept responsibility if the contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
The winner will be drawn at random from the list of email addresses subscribed to our mailing list at the time of the draw (in March each year).
The prize
The prize will be a free weekend (2 night) stay for up to 6 people in one of our lodges during off peak season (excluding April, August and December and any school holidays). A selection of possible weekends will be offered to the winner to choose from.
Once the winning stay is booked, we are unable to offer a date change if within 8 weeks of the booking. If you are unable to make the agreed date for your stay in this instance the prize will be void.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
Our decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner announcement
The winners will be notified by email using the address provided during entry into the prize draw. We will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times. If a winner does not respond to our attempts to notify them of their win within 14 days of the second contact, they will lose their right to the prize, and we reserve the right to draw another winner at random in their place.
General
The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by UK law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
