Competition Entries

This information is provided voluntarily when you complete and submit the competition entry form.

By entering the competition, you understand that you will receive this first marketing email from us.

Booking Information

If you make a holiday booking with us, your personal information (including contact details and booking information) is processed separately through our booking management system, Anytime Booking.

Anytime Booking acts as a data processor on our behalf and processes booking information in accordance with UK data protection law.

Booking information is used for managing reservations, providing booking confirmations, communicating essential information about your stay, and, where applicable, sending marketing communications where you have provided consent during the booking process.

Any personal data submitted as part of a holiday booking is processed separately from any information provided through a competition entry and is not connected to the competition entry process.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

Your information may be shared with trusted service providers who support our website, email communications, or booking systems. These providers are required to process data securely and in accordance with UK GDPR.

We may disclose information where required to do so by law or by a competent UK authority.

Data Retention

We retain competition entry data:

• For the duration of the competition
