Perched high above our peaceful family farm, Glanllyn Lodge is a luxury lakeside retreat designed for guests who want space, comfort, and truly unforgettable views.

Overlooking shimmering water and the sweeping peaks of the Brecon Beacons (Bannau Brycheiniog), this modern hideaway offers front-row seats to one of Wales’ most breathtaking landscapes, all from the privacy of your own secluded cabin.

Sleeping up to six guests across three beautifully appointed bedrooms, Glanllyn is ideal for families or up to three couples seeking relaxation in complete tranquillity.

Take a tour of this luxurious eco lodge

Inside, the spacious open-plan kitchen and living area is the heart of the home, where panoramic windows frame uninterrupted lake and mountain vistas. Whether you’re sharing long, lazy breakfasts at the breakfast bar or unwinding on the sofas after a day exploring, the ever-changing scenery is always the star of the show.

Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed for comfort, with king-size beds (two of which can be arranged as twins), soft linens, TVs, and remote-controlled blackout blinds for restful nights (and dramatic sunrise reveals!).

The master bedroom features an en-suite shower room, while a second modern bathroom includes a high-pressure shower and locally sourced Welsh lavender hand and body wash – a small touch of local luxury.

Step outside and the magic continues. Your private patio and seating area overlook the lake, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks as the sun dips behind the hills.

The private hot tub offers a blissful place to soak under open skies, while the BBQ invites relaxed outdoor dining with a view that’s hard to beat.

Everything you need for a self-catered stay

The fully equipped contemporary kitchen includes everything you need for effortless self-catering, from a built-in oven and dishwasher to a microwave and coffee machine.

Tea and coffee is provided, and some welcome treats will be waiting for you on arrival.

We’ve tried to think of everything you might need during your stay, including extras such as board games, a hairdryer and iron to ensure a comfortable, home-from-home stay. All bed linen and towels are provided.

Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome at Glanllyn, we even provide a comfy dog bed.
